    Regarding Server Load Reduction Plans

    Currently, the [3-Year Anniversary Event] is on-going, and there have been several server load problems occuring,
    Especially on the worlds of [Siegrid], [Rose], and [Judita], which have experienced larger loads, who will receive more compensations,
    Of which we will discuss now.

    Following yesterday's 9/14 (Thu) server load investigation results,
    The [Siegrid], [Rose], and [Judita] worlds face server loads far greater than other worlds,
    resulting in laggy actions, and extremely long loading time problems.

    ▼ Server Improvements
    Of all the worlds for [Kanpani☆Girls], the [Siegrid] world experiences the highest levels of load,
    And as such, this world will have priority in terms fo action.
    Today, 9/15 (Fri), we have added a primary server in addition to its current resources.

    ▼ Compensation

    The urgent quests [Training! Training! More Training!] and [Fairy's Garden] which were active until yesterday,
    Have faced continual play issues on the [Siegrid], [Rose], and [Judita] worlds,
    moreso than any of the other worlds, which leads to the following compensations available to our customers.

    ※ The compensations being given to all worlds
    Is primarily based on the average number of times the quests were completed during their timeframe.

    1. Those registered in the [Siegrid] World

    Due to the especially high load, the average quest completions were significantly lower than other worlds in [Siegrid],
    as such, the following 9 items will be distributed as compensation.

    [Apology] [Fairy's Garden] Ticket x3 (note)
    A new item that gives access to a limited quest for 30 minutes.

    [Apology] [Training] Ticket x3 (note)
    A new item that gives access to a limited quest for 30 minutes.

    Bread Pack x3 (note)

    To avoid concentrated server load,
    The compensation items ([Apology] [Fairy's Garden] Ticket, [Apology] [Training] Ticket, and Bread Pack)
    Will be distributed on the following three dates: 9/15 (Fri) 18:00, 9/22 (Fri) maintenance, and 9/29 (Fri) maintenance.
    They can be accepted and must be used any time before the 10/6 (Fri) maintenance.

    ※ These items are separate from the overall compensation package, and are additional compensation.


    2. Those registered in the [Rose] and [Judita] Worlds

    After the [Siegrid] World, the next highest load World was [Rose]
    And after the adjustments, the load for [Rose] was almost identical to [Judita]
    as such, the following 3 items will be distributed as compensation.

    [Apology] [Fairy's Garden] Ticket x1 (note)
    A new item that gives access to a limited quest for 30 minutes.

    [Apology] [Training] Ticket x1 (note)
    A new item that gives access to a limited quest for 30 minutes.

    Bread Pack x1 (note)

    They can be accepted and must be used any time before the 10/6 (Fri) maintenance.

    ※ These items are separate from the overall compensation package, and are additional compensation.

    3. To all registered users

    The other worlds still faced temporary congestion with high loads, but were more stable than the above mentioned worlds,
    Thus, to all registered users of [Kanpani☆Girls],
    As according to the previous notifications listed, the following 2 items will be distributed as compensation.

    [Apology] [Fairy's Garden] Ticket x1
    A new item that gives access to a limited quest for 30 minutes.

    Bread Pack x1

    They can be accepted and must be used any time before the 10/6 (Fri) maintenance.

    ▼ Distribution Times
    To help alleviate the access congestion,
    The above mentioned items will be distributed at the following times
    9/15 (Fri) 18:00 Registered users in [Siegrid]
    9/15 (Fri) 20:00 Registered users in [Rose] and [Judita]
    9/15 (Fri) 22:00 All registered users

    After this, we expect there to be increased traffic at the moments after distribution.
    As such, the [Apology] items can be used any time before the 10/6 (Fri) maintenance,
    and we highly recommend using them during a time of light traffic.

    This time, we have completed the distribution of compensation mentioned above,
    But the Management Team will continue to investigate issues with the server status,
    Particularly any play issues resulting in high access traffic for each world,
    And we will continue to add server equipment and improvements as necessary to counter these issues.

    We would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers during these high server loads.
    Please continue to support [Kanpani☆Girls] from now on as well.

    Additional information:
    There have been several additional notices to address the server load issues.

    Currently, the [3-Year Anniversary Event] is ongoing,
    Particularly, as the [Urgent Quests] are active, the number of users accessing the game causes a significant load on the servers,
    Leading to the following issues during play.
    ・Game motion and loading becomes excessively long
    ・Game results in errors
    ・Log-in times are excessively long
    etc

    Particularly during the 9/10 (Sun) 21:00 urgent quest
    Play conditions were extremely unfavourable, due to the significant load.

    In regards to these issues, the management team has conferred and decided upon the following results.

    1. [Rose], and [Siegrid] Worlds will have limited new users.
    Due to the particularly high loads on the [Rose] and [Siegrid] Worlds,
    After 9/11 (Mon) at 18:00, they will have restricted registration.

    2. [Siegrid] World server increase
    Of the 5 worlds, [Siegrid] world faces especially high concentration of load,
    With the upcoming 9/15 (Fri) maintenance, the server equipment will get a primary upgrade.

    3. Popular urgent quests will be suspended, and a new item will be distributed

    Following the 9/15 (Fri) maintenance,
    The popular urgent quests [Training! Training! More Training!], and [Fairy's Garden] will be temporarily suspended.

    In exchange for the urgent quests [Training! Training! More Training!], and [Fairy's Garden],
    New items [Urgent] [Training] Ticket and [Urgent] [Fairy's Garden] Tickets will arrive, allowing you to access the urgent quests for 30 minutes.
    The new items will be delivered to your mail at the appointed times,
    And after being delivered, will be usable at any time in the next 12 hours.

    The delivery times will be published later,
    after the Friday maintenance in a notice.

    Management has also expressed that on the Thursday [Fairy's Garden] quest,
    They recommend not trying to use limited items and food packs on or near the time of the quest,
    As the excessive problems occurring during the additional load may cause problems.



    Regarding Server Load Reduction Plans

    Primarily during large scale events, we're receiving several inquiries regarding the server load, associated issues, and countermeasures.


    The Kanpani☆Girls management team has decided on a course of action after reviewing everyone's inquiries regarding the current state of affairs and server load studies, and a server load reduction is necessary.

    However, this issue is related to the continued user growth we are experiencing, especially with the recent server load which has increased significantly. The management team has determined that additional server resources are required to combat this issue.

    This issue is particularly significant on the [Siegrid] and [Rose] Worlds, and in the coming days, additional servers are planned to be added to reduce this load.

    In addition to this, the [Holly], [Judita], and [Aderina] worlds will be continually monitored and adjusted as needed.

    We apologize for the inconvenience that this has posed to all customers playing, and while we perform improvements to reduce load, we ask for your continual patience.

    An issue apart from the server load that we have confirmed regards cases with the play environment.

    For situations where there is no improvement, please check the [Frequently Asked Questions] and [Requirements] pages.

    There is a possibility that server load problems may continue due to future update content and other various causes, but the management team will continue to monitor the server load status and provide appropriate countermeasures to improve the situation.

    Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused, and continue to ask for your support and patience.

    Please continue to play [Kanpani☆Girls] in the future.

    @Folseus Ah tickets would solve the server load issue, as people can use it on different time. Personally me too would prefer tickets, because Kanpani Urgent Quests sometimes schedule on odd hours, while I'm at work, or while having dinner and quality time with family. :)
