Update 0.7.2 incoming! A very French update
What's in there?
The French battleship line goes live, along with the new French campaign (l'Or de France) and Operation (Hermes, with its peculiar weather conditions). If you haven't finished the French collection, you may get a few more French containers to unlock Jean-Jacques Honoré.
Be aware, Hermes allows only a few select ships, and pits you against the Kriegsmarine, with a Graf Zeppelin. Atlanta is among the ships that can take part, just saying...
A few maps were changed, namely The Atlantic, Warrior's Path, and Northern Lights (which is not a palette-swapped North any more).
Watersprouts now fall down quicker. Destroyer drivers, blame the BB mafia, you're now easier to hit.
Detonations won't happen to full health ships any more, but only when the ship's HP is lower than 75%. Booo, less fun and engaging.
USS Missouri is now retired, along Steven Seagull. Seagull is replaced by a commander named John Doe (how uninspiring) with the same enhanced skills. The Narai Operation (the T7 one where you escorted landing ships) is also removed from the scenario rotation.
Harekaze's default gun's training speed has been buffed.
And much more...
The update will happen this week on the usual schedule (ie. Wednesday for NA, Thursday for EU and SEA). The next update will happen in four weeks instead of three, so about end March (in time for April Fools').

The funny part is they couldn't even be bothered to put an actual WWII USN leader to replace Seagal. Halsey? Nimitz? Lee? Mitscher? Oldendorff? Moosbrugger? No?
John Doe? Really?!?

It looks like WG is shying away from putting historical commanders after Yamamoto. The British one is named Jack Dunkirk, and the newest one, Frenchman Jean-Jacques Honoré (formerly Jacques-Jean) is also a fictitious one. I do agree that John Doe is a particularly bland name. I would have liked Arleigh Burke for a DD commander, Willis A. Lee for a battleship commander or Spruance for a more general one. Or if you want to do non-historical name, why not John Bull?

@Keyan_TTK We can have Captain Kirk or Picard so either can command the Enterprise!
