Enemy castles cannot be attacked until they gigantify at least once.
Bells will stop moving to being attacking anything in range. If left alone with nothing in its path, she will walk close enough to destroy warehouse A.
The first Round includes the music troupe from Schonbrunn Palace which decrease DEF by 30% for all castles as long as one is on the field. Their effects do not stack and they disappear in Round 2. This can make it difficult to survive against Nagoya as she walks in.
The dogs in innertubes increase ATK and DEF by 50 and HP by 500 for all enemies in range.

A fully upgraded cannon at 16 (Usuki) can easily take care of enemies walking in from the ramp and eventually take out Schonbrunn. A gun at 9 can help take care of the tokens in the water, but you'll need something at 1 or 2 to reach the furthest one. If you leave Schonbrunn alive, she can end up healing a lot of your damage dealt.
26 is fairly safe in Round 1 but sees some threat in Round 2 from swords. This can help kill Schonbrunn.
Nagoya walks down the ramp and can do a lot of damage, especially if any of Schonbrunn's tokens are alive. I block at 28 since it stops her from splashing my other units, but 20/23/24/29 are unsafe if you do.
Inuyama and Yanagi-no-Gosho come from the south in Round 2 and deal a lot of damage, so you may need a melee unit to block them at 4/5 and have your gun support at 9. Otherwise, you'll need your gun and maybe something at 12 or 14 to tank the hits as they walk closer to your warehouses. Watch out for Inuyama's splash if you have tokens next to warehouses or weak castles.
Near the end of Round 2, Koga appears at 31-28, so she might take out C on her way in, not sure on the range. She can do a lot of damage so be prepared.
Shigetsu-Fushimi also beings walking so be prepared to stall her at 6/7 with something tanky enough to also survive through the swords that are walking through.

    I would say overall
    16: Usuki
    9: Gun
    28: Block
    5: Block/Strong Melee in Round 2
    13: Melee
    26: Crossbow?

Be mindful of your order so the ranged units don't end up targeting your weaker ranged units.

    Terrain Bonus: Hills
Special Mission: Complete without losing any warehouses (any difficulty)
    Reward: ★4 白鷺の大筒
Special Mission: Complete without losing any warehouses or Castles (hard only)
    Reward: Byakusen [Kai-ichi]

The map itself gives an HP bonus to all enemies.
The red glowstick sumos give +30 HP to all enemies each until they die.
I recommend using tokens to set off the bombs in the middle, picking the corners where they're far away from the warehouses. Otherwise, they'll just destroy them. Alternatively, an extra low cost unit works too.

    E-5
    Terrain Bonus: Hills
Special Mission: Complete without losing any warehouses (any difficulty)
    Reward: ★4 第六天魔王の錫杖
Special Mission: Complete without losing any warehouses or Castles (hard only)
    Reward: Tsubasa [Kai-ichi]

The map itself gives an HP bonus to all enemies.
The blue glowstick sumos give +30 ATK to all enemies each until they die.

Biggest surprise might be the white monks that walk into the middle of the stage and the southeast if you have all your units in a position that doesn't stop that.
Otherwise, a regular sumo appears in the middle followed by Azuchi. Two decent guns with ASPD should be enough to keep it pushed back.

    E-X2
    Terrain Bonus: Hills
Special Mission: Complete without losing any warehouses (any difficulty)
    Reward: ★4 彦根天秤櫓
Special Mission: Complete without losing any warehouses or Castles (hard only)
    Reward: Susuki

The map itself gives an HP bonus to all enemies and occasionally heals them.
The red glowstick sumos give +30 HP to all enemies each until they die.
The blue glowstick sumos give +30 ATK to all enemies each until they die.

Top left and top right/right side is where all the action is. The shields are tanky and draw all your fire so it can be difficult to kill everything else early on.
If you're using Usuki, I recommend placing her here to whittle the shields and eventually, she'll be the one scoring most of the kills here. Have some other ranged units nearby to support her outside of the range of the shields with her Token covering them all, and your own Shield to stop all the enemies that try to walk away while you're shooting the shields. A Bell is a really good option since it does damage regardless of the enemy shields drawing fire.
Lower right side doesn't see too many enemies, mostly whatever leaks from the left. At the end of Round 1 where the glowstick sumos push in and start attacking in Round 2, and they can do a lot of damage. A gun is good at pushing them back, but you'll need something to protect the warehouse.

In Round 2, there's a lot more enemies on the left, but if you've been keeping Usuki up, her group should be able to continue with no problems. The biggest threat on the left is probably the airships at the very end of the round since they are very tanky and can do a lot of damage per hit.
On the right side, the bridge leading to Tono will end up seeing a lot of sumos. I think two guns nearby with good upgrades can keep them pushed back, but I'm not 100% sure. A bell is really good here too.
When Hikone appears, you'll either want to block her on the furthest tile, or use stratagems and guns to keep her knocked back. If you block at the second furthest tile, she can actually reach through and kill Tono right there.
