The Poison Status effect is applied from all the enemy castles.
It will deal damage based on maximum HP over a period of time.
Furthermore, as time passes, recovery speed greatly decreases.

Most enemies start at 3-5-8-10-12-13-17.

You likely want to block at 12 with your latest placed unit.
So this order:
15 or 18: Support
11: Defend A
12: Block
This is because at the end of Round 2, the spear has extremely large range that can hit 15 and if you have a token or placed your ranged unit last, she'll kill A easily.

You want a melee to defend E. Dogs and metal dogs run through so it can be tough to kill them all before they reach Tono. You can either block further ahead or have other units shoot them down.

Mid sees a lot of bears including the gold metal one, so be prepared to burst it down with your ranged support in the middle.

Lots of monkeys on the bottom right. Especially the big ones that run quickly after taking damage.
The archer spawns and ranges 31/35 so either be ready to heal or upgrade through it to kill her.
The monkeys on the roof above 36 can also range up to 31.
Make sure there's a unit by B at 22/25 to absorb the hits.
Be ready for when the big monkey rushes in so you can defend against it, either by blocking at 32, slowing it with something or bursting it with stratgems/buffs at the right timing.
