Yes, only on this map if you wear that necklace you will have 1 more battle... and the +4 armor recipes can drop only from it.

@ofi123 The PR building actually doesn't affect Ryza and Lila this time. I checked the rates, if you set it to mage or rogue, their drop rate doesn't change. The only thing that changes them is the Ryza Rare Post and Lila Rare Post.

And it's not even guaranteed. As I used Lila Rare Post and 10 fairy sakes, I got 2 Ryza and 0 Lila. RNG have mercy on us. >_<

Isn't the character posts guaranteed stated character? Or just guaranteed event character? Plus aren't they cash items?
