While I stopped playing this game for a while after the Valentine's event, I just re-started playing and also started focusing in creating better equipment so I was wondering, is there a way to get more of these material sets?


I know you can buy them with shinestones and they also give you some during events but, is there another way? Do they drop in any map or anything?

And how about them anvils? You can get lots of [Limited] version from events but how about permanent ones?
