Like Folseus said, this game already generous with their SSR, you don't have to do this 5-step, you can still get SSR from rolling like usual. But for those that really want that new character, there is a guarantee way now. So nice of them. :)

The new State Power is from doing the first blue Town Revitalization (at level 10?).

It increases Gear Duration and Movement Speed for everyone in range for 40s. Seems pretty useful for space maps.
