Ah summer. The infamous awful time of year.
Hard to be excited for Zestria anime when
I mean other than love live I don't really see anything interesting at all..
Guess I'll just casually watch Jojo and Ace Attorney and watch to see how much a train wreck digimon Tri is going to be after the fucking awful animation of the fight seen in the last part.
Maybe I'm getting bored of Anime again. Or it's just Summer. Taboo Tattoo would be hilarious because I used to know someone who went by Seigi for years I wouldn't be able to focus on it properly like that. Berserk would be fun but I'm expecting it to end up like other violent adaptions and censored to the point of unwatchable.
Actually is the D.Grayman adaption going to be like FMA Brotherhood? Or is it a new spin off. I remember watching like 100 episodes of the old series before I stopped following it weekly.

I can safely say that there's nothing interesting for me this summer in terms of anime.

Well, nothing looks particularly interesting :/
-Amaama to Inazuma could be interesting if it's similar to Barakamon in tone.
-Speaking of Barakamon, I'll probably watch Handa-kun, but I fear it might feel a bit empty without Naru and Miwa :<
-Orange has the potential to be interesting if they get the relationship between the characters right.
-NEW GAME! could be fun in a D-frag x Shirobako kind of way
-91 Days could have potential, but after getting burned by Gangsta I'm a bit wary.
Danganronpa and BERSERK will probably be good, but I have yet to complete the Danganronpa games and I haven't read Berserk in years, so I have some catching up to do >_<
Overall though, a lot of uncertainty about this season :/
@KotoNano Wow, an Hanbun no Tsuki avatar. That's one hell of a trip down memory lane.

Doing all things for the Sixth and Sixty-First Destroyer Division girls.
I don't want to go grinding. I want plumping. Want to come to the Orel Sea, get drunk with the local Ru-class battleships, and that they're stuffed nose to my kanmusu for the thing about destroyers come in large numbers. Fight, plump, destroyers on the pump.

I have watched some of the shows that were on my list, of course I'm still waiting for a few more this week but this are my early impressions in no particular order:
-Love Live Sunshine: Like the first anime I have to say the animation and the music is really good, but I feel the plot a bit weaker this time considering how things started in the first Love Live and why. So far the girls are interesting yet silly, its the first episode so there's pleny of room for stuff to happen and I really hope this show lives up to the Hype.
-New Game: A cute anime with silly stuff going on, I kinda expected that this was gonna be a Shirobako with the game industry but it's a decent moeblog with yuri addons, I hope things go out of control so we can see actual character progression like "from rookie to vet" or something like that. Hopefuly this show will deliver as well.
-Taboo Tattoo: I'm still kinda on the fence a little after the attrocious thing we knew as Big Order from last season but honestly this one doesn't seem half bad, the action was cool and the plot makes sense so far and at least the MC is not a major whimp... for now... I'm gonna continue to give it a chance, however the CGI is just horrible.
-Tales of Zestiria X: Well then, UFO blow the house yet again with the productions. Honestly the only game I really played was Tales of Symphonia while the others I played at friend's houses or watched let's plays on YT so I have literally 0 experience with them. However the story seems so far interested yet I think that prologue was kinda hectic in the pacing.
-Arslan Senki S2: The first episode was epic, I'm a huge sucker for these kinds of epic stories and this new season seems really promising... however I'm kinda bummed after learning that it will only have 8 episodes, I wonder why but hopefuly the story will be able to progress.
-Rewrite: I wasn't expecting 48 minutes for the first episode... honestly I loved it, it's been a while since I played the VN so I kinda forget about what happens in certain parts of the story but I'm wondering what kind of ending the anime's gonna get. To those newcomers to Rewrite here's a fair warning: you're gonna feel tons of feels...
-Hatsukoi Monster: I cringed hard... way too hard... it's one of those bizarre things you will never forget but for such a comedy I have to say that... its kinda decently done, also it probably has one of the best OP and ED of the season. I think this show have the potential to be watched just for shits and giggles and because it has Gintoki's voice actor.
-Shokugeki no Souma S2: It's rushed, way too rushed! Seriously, they took out bits from the manga that make this current arc way too enjoyable. The pace from the S1 was alright but I honestly don't like that much speed, I don't think it will change but whatever... I'm just gonna endure it.

Sunshine's first ep was pretty hype imo. Judging from Kanan's response to Chika mentioning school idols, I'm guess the third years entered the Love Live in their first year and lost? Kanan and Mari probably had a fight too, explaining her disdain when mentioning the Ohara family.
I like how Yohane and Hanamaru met in kindergarten. It links her to Maru-chan and seems to imply she's been a chuunibyou fallen angel for that long, so I'm looking very forward to her backstory after that hilarious intro. Speaking of Hanamaru, I think linking her to both first years was very nice. I was worried she wasn't going to get much development by the anime writers outside "Ruby's best friend who lives in a temple and loves to read", so maybe we'll get her side of why Yohane acts the way she does.

@Leyana That's true, it will be more lighthearted than Shirobako that's for sure, but as I said I want things going out of control so Aoba can taste reality and learn that making games is not just shits and giggles.
Also, love the fact that there's no male character in the show so far, not even in the background XDD
