Not really if you read about it, it share common traits with Rhododendron but technically aren't one.

So I've made some calculation regarding this accelerated blooming rate:

Number of Bloomed Flower Knights : 96
Total Number of Flower Knights : 322
Date of Reference: 22nd May 2017

Calculations:
(322 - 96) / ( (16 bloomstats - 4 new Knights) / 2 week) = 37.666... (37 + 2/3)

4 weeks have passed since the power-only bloomed stats is implemented, so that would make around 34 weeks (~8 months and half) until all Flower Knights have bloomed stats, ending at February next year.

inb4 they decided to implement Mankai form next

@MrHueHue It means "full bloom", actually, key word being "full". The next form is still a pretty big if, though, considering the diminished PL increase for second evolution compared to the first.
