Ikusa Megami Memoria tomorrow
My hype level has increased 10-fold.
My rules for VNs.
1) Never get VNs from fuwanovel.
2) Wait patiently for /jp/ reviews. (It's probably because I have almost the same opinion as /jp/'s VN General)
3) Never get VNs from fuwanovel.
4) Use translators only as your supplement, not as your translator. Use your own expertise for main translation.
5) Never get VNs from fuwanovel.
6) Celica will always be a S A D B O Y (dota 2 joke incoming)
7) Never get VNs from fuwanovel.
8) Always play through multiple times on a Leaf/Eushully/August VN.
9) Never get VNs from fuwanovel.
Have fun reading.
Pardon the language.

Most of the good reads seems to have been said, so I'll just add on with a few of my own off the top of my head.
Muv Luv seems to be mentioned a few times. But I don't think anyone mentioned the Alternative Chronicles. Post Alt V world (follows unlimited) with more robots and cameo than ever.
F/SN is kind of a given, but considering the oh so many adaptations, I'd say it would just be better to wait for Ufotable's anime.
Sharin no Kuni and the FD - This one is great if you like G-Senjou. Lots of mystery, MC is a huge dick who's awesome and OP compared to normies.
Mashiro Iro Symphonies - Nice for a general love drama. Nothing outstanding. Good for killing time.
Koi to Senkyo to Chocolate - This one is a must if you watched the anime (and liked it) and hated how they went the worst not Satsuki route.
Dracu-Riot - Funny romcom, nothing groundbreaking like Majikoi, but still good.
Da Capo 1-2 - I can only recommend 1 and 2 because I keep putting 3 off. Both games had some likable characters (that you wanted to fuck, etc). Suginami is forever the best.
Saya no Uta - I have no idea why I'm even suggesting this, but it's kinda mandatory because of reasons unknown to even myself. Urobuchi's writing style suddenly makes sense after reading this.
And uh, what else? Right.

I would recommend first and foremost:
Muv Luv series (As someone mentioned before, first is meh, second is nice, but the third is where sh*t hits the fan)
G-Senjou no maou was interesting, bit short for my tastes though
Umineko no naku koro ni
Well yeah all of this stuff has already been recommended

^This here is a bad idea, The original VN beats out all of it's adaptions and Ufotables anime can only adapt 1 route, the adaption is said to be an original route anyway this time

Fair point, but I think watching the Ufotable adaptation would be better for getting to know the world and all that. F/SN's exposition felt like it dragged on forever for me.

Well true some people get lost in all the concepts put through by the VN, i am looking forward the Ufotables adaption though since they did /Zero so well <3

Flyable Heart is a fantastic moege if you want something lighthearted, comedic, and actually good.
Grisaia no Kajitsu. It's translated, and also getting an anime adaptation.
