[Boss] Ishigami-sama and the Mysterious Producer

Use this current thread to discuss your boss experience with Ishigami-sama and the Mysterious Producer boss.

Duration: 3/19 (Tue) maintenance until 4/3 (Fri) maintenance

Information for [Demon From Another World], which will be henceforth referred to as [Ishigami-sama]
The maximum floor level is 56 and the maximum accessory level is 555.
    The Boss is non-elemental.

    ▼ Gate to Another World
Henceforth referred to as the [Gate]

The [Gate] can be accessed through the Quest screen.
You can select which floor to challenge the [Ishigami-sama and the Mysterious Producer] from the [Gate].
Bread and other resources are not required to sortie against [Ishigami-sama].

You can sortie all of your current parties against [Ishigami-sama].
If you have more than one party formed, and your current party is KOed, your other parties can continue the battle with the current [Ishigami-sama].
The bottom right of the battle menu also has a [Party MENU] button where you can select a [Party CHANGE] button when it is clicked.

Defeating [Ishigami-sama] will yield Materials, [Demon Souls], and other rewards.
Demon Souls are consumed to upgrade your [Accessory], and collecting a certain amount will unlock [Demon Soul Rewards] from a list of set rewards.
Demon Soul Rewards will reset at the end of the current period, but the total amount of Demon Souls you own will be carried forward to the next [Ishigami-sama].

The [Gate] is accessible after clearing Volume 1 Chapter 4.

    ▼ Other World Power Stone
You will receive 3x Power Stones every day, which will increase the Demon Soul reward amounts and drop chances when activated.
※ If you use the Power Stone and are defeated, they will still be consumed
※ 3x Power Stones are given out every day at 04:00 JST.

    ▼ Accessory From Another World
Henceforth referred to as the [Accessory]

One [Accessory] sleeps in the [Gate].
The [Accessory] can be obtained after clearing the [1st Floor] of [Ishigami-sama].
The [Accessory] can only be obtained once during the raid period.
The [Accessory] can be upgraded using Demon Souls, Demon Soul Rewards, and other floor clear reward items.
The [Accessory] can be equipped even during the raid period.
The [Accessory] has a special lock and cannot be sold until after the raid period ends. (DON'T SELL IT)
The [Accessory] can be upgraded even after the raid period ends, until the next period begins.

    [Parameters]
The [Accessory] can be upgraded by consuming [Demon Souls] to increase its level and a chosen parameter.
The [Accessory] also contains a special attack bonus, which increases based on its level.
The attached special attack bonus has a type associated with the specific [Demon From Another World]. Upgrading parameters will not change the type itself.

The [Reset] button can be used to reset the [Accessory] [Level], [Parameter], and [Special Effect].
※ The consumed [Demon Souls] used to upgrade the [Accessory] will not be refunded.

    [Bonus Stats and Shuffle]
The item [Other World Ability Dice], henceforth referred to as [Dice] can be used to apply Bonus Stats to the [Accessory].
The applied Bonus Stats can be Shuffled by using another [Dice].
Shuffling the Bonus Stats results in a random 3 Stats.
A certain amount of [Dice] can be used to keep one or two Bonus Stats while rerolling the last bonus stat.
[Dice] can be obtained from floor rewards, and from Demon Soul Rewards.
This feature is unlocked after clearing Floor 20.

[Treasure] can be obtained from floor rewards, and from Demon Soul Rewards.
This feature is unlocked after clearing Floor 50.

    [Adding Special Abilities]
Optional Special Abilities can be added to upgrade the [Accessory].
Each [Accessory] has 3 slots that can be used for adding Special Abilities.
Only the first slot is unlocked at the start, and Slots 2 and 3 unlock with increased levels.

Special Abilities require the [Engraved Charms], [Demon Crystals], and [Demon Souls], as well as the [Materials] from the [Ishigami-sama] to unlock.
[Charms] can drop beginning at Floor 60.
Certain Rare [Charms] can drop beginning at Floor 80.

Different accessories can stack their Special Ability effects.

Adding a Special Ability to the Special Ability Slot requires [Charms], [Demon Crystals], and [Demon Souls], as well as the [Materials] from the [Ishigami-sama] to unlock.
Depending on the upgrade stage, the required rarity of the [Demon Crystals] will also change.

This is a slightly worse version of the last Anniversary Ring.
At max level it revives an employee at 50% HP if they die, whereas the Anniversary Ring revives at 100%.
    Its bonuses are
Recover 300 HP for all party members at the end of the round.
Increases Healing by 5% for all party members.
Increases EXP by 5% for all party members.

The Ishigami fight is basically the same as the anniversary.
Its arms each have basically 45% as much HP as the body.
So if you were to somehow only target the arms and break them without attacking the body, it would have ~10% HP left I believe.
As such, the most effective way to defeat it is to do 3-target or row attacks with the highest possible total damage.

Every 3rd round, he will apply a buff to your party, increasing ATK significantly.
His ATK seems to increase as the rounds progress, dealing significantly more damage at 15+.
At rounds 20+, he will spam his full area of effect wipe attacks.

A strong option I have seen is bringing [Valentine] Lokia as a support. Her attack is fairly weak, but it has 50% charm which prevents the area of effect on other rounds (but also prevents the buff), and her buff is quite strong.
[Dark Cross] Eva can be a good contender here over [Platinum Knight] Nona if you can have the survivability to never whip.

Since there are enough rings out now for multiple parties, you can have a 2nd party set for maximum DPS to switch in at Round 3 to do a little bit more damage.
If you're not running with a War Cry enhancement stones though, you probably won't meet the DPS requirements and need to spam the 70 PW cost buffs multiple times.

It seems, if you break one of his arm, it will stop the boss from doing the "5 years weight" attack. So if you have the DPS, it's possible to just go all out without healer. As long you can break the arms really fast, then he'll be just dropping shinestones at you. :)

However around level 54+(?), the HP is really high, I wasn't able to break the arms in 1 round.
