How do you go about getting these? I've never used any special offers from crunchyroll, so if I have any I'd want to put them up on this thread too

They seem to come every month for me. I have the anime membership ($7 a month) and get emails that say when I receive a new one. If you log in to crunchyroll, you can go to notifications under the little drop down arrow next to the avatar/person icon. That's where they show up for me.
